He is also the creator of the Business of Photography Workshop which has been named by Photoshelter as one of the top workshops worldwide. To start off the second season Lester and Bigelow discuss the business side of freelancing from copyright infringement to insurance policies and the right time to replace your camera.

Las fotos project is a non-profit, Los Angeles based photography program that aims to help teenage girls from low to middle income families, by providing them with one-on-one mentoring and photography training. The goal is to help build up their confidence and encourage them to express themselves through the art of photography. Las Fotos Project just opened a new gallery in Lincoln Heights that provides the girls with a safe space to go in between classes or after school and allows them to display their work to the public in a professional setting. Each member of the project has a unique story to share about how art has helped them to overcome adversity.
