Green Talk is a talk show that features non-biased in-depth coverage of local marijuana industry leading up to next year’s election hosted by Charlie Converse. On this segment, Charlie interviews Brooks Ellis, co-founder and producer of the annual two-day festival Reggae On The Mountain. The event takes place on July 25 and 26 this summer at the Topanga Community Club.
