Muscle Recovery with RJ

Rj is a personal trainer with various styles of training and is big on muscle recovery; he is also a masseur and stresses the importance of stretching and proper form. RJ teaches Yoga and will give us tips on how he incorporates Yoga into his, and his clients’ workouts, today we will also get pointers on how to improve muscle recovery with foam rolling, and stretching techniques.
