Jesse La Flair a local free running, parkour practitioner, actor and artist visited the studio. He imparted a few stories about how he came into the exciting world of freerunning and also spoke about his position as a coach at Tempest Academy, located in Los Angeles. He also, shared some tips on how to come into the sport of freerunning and how to stay safe while doing it.
