The “Voice for the Voiceless” kicks off the Spring Semester with its first show, discussing issues that’s on the minds of many, education and immigration. Regem Corpuz discusses the tax plans that are up on the ballot in California and the scenarios if any of the plans pass or not. Corpuz discusses the shutdown of 287g and what it means for the immigrant community with Lucas de Silva, from Orlando Florida. Lucas de Silva is one of the walkers representing the Campaign for an American Dream, and has been a savant with the immigration enforcement policies existing today in the nation. De Silva also promotes the March 10th kick off of the Campaign for an American Dream in San Francisco.
