Professional fighter Nick Arce talks about how he started training as a youth, and how it lead to a career in boxing. Robert Arce shares how he supports his brother Nick’s career. Gabriel Avila is a boxing fan that says he still enjoys boxing, although the popularity of has declined due to the rise of Mixed Martial Arts.

Allison discusses the various types of fitness techniques in which she has trained. She talks about growing up as a competitive gymnast, and the values she learned from training as a child. Allison mentions that she has always been competitive, and the importance of Circuit Training is in her life. She also explains that the key to a successful workout is to start with something that motivates progress, and that is fun.

On this episode Londy talks with Peter Parasiliti, who is an adjunct Kinesiology professor at Pierce College, Los Angeles City College, and California Lutheran University. Peter discusses the heath benefits of studying human kinetics. He mentions that he will be teaching a new, and free ACE Personal Trainer preparatory certification course at Pierce. Peter corrects some of the misconceptions people have about physical training and body movement. He also explains that sit-ups and crunches can be injurious, and that walk-outs are a much safer abdominal exercise.

Healthy Living with Londy Sagastume is a show that focuses on community health in the Valley. On this episode Londy talks with dance instructors Julie Golden from Zumba Fitness, and GG Divinagracia, who is the owner of Fun Fit Factory. Julie talks about how teaching the different techniques of Zumba, such as Zumba Gold and Zumba Kids. She mentions that fitness and dancing are her passion, while she talks about the history of the dance, and its origin. GG discusses her experience teaching during her pregnancy. She even says that she taught all the way up to the day before her child was born. She explains that high intensity workout training, like Cross Training, Bootcamp, and Zumba are fun, and keep her students actively fit. Both instructors discuss how they incorporate Zumba into their fitness programs.

Zumba Fitness is located on Califa St. in Woodland Hills, and Fun Fit Factory is located on Ventura Blvd, also in Woodland Hills.
