On this episode Dan talks with Vic Chouchanian, who is the owner of the San Fernando Brewing Company. Vic discusses micro brews, the basics of operating a brewing company, and the equipment used. He explains that his company started small with a family size group, and how the local community openly welcomed the grand opening to their taste room. Vic also talk about the different flavors of beer his company brews, and he also talks about some of the obstacles they’ve face.
