Electronic Echoes featuring Ray Robinson

Hosted by Aaron Castillo

Today’s guest Ray Robinson runs the religious network, the Voice of Hope, and helps manage the local station Voice of Hope Americas (KVOH) which transmits many religious programs southward every week. Come along as we talk about the power and reach of Shortwave radio, and how in certain countries it may be your only link to the outside world. You can learn more about Ray Robinson, and KVOH on https://www.voiceofhope.com/

In Shortwave Radio the term “Meter bands” refers to the physical length of the radio waves, and is another way of talking about the frequency of a broadcast. For example, the 31m band is between 9400 kHz, and 9900 kHz and the 60m band is between 4750 kHz, 4995 kHz.
