When an anonymous caller told the LAPD a potentially armed man was at Pierce College Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, students and staff were notified to evacuate and then, within minutes, told to stay indoors.
KPCRadio.com reporter Milo Anderson looks into the lockdown’s ensuing campus-wide confusion from the perspectives of professors and administration officials. Pierce’s newspaper, the Roundup, also reported on the lockdown.
