Angel discusses, the deeper budget deficit announced by Governor Brown, and how the possible budget cuts may deter the education system further. Silva, also talks about the upcoming tax initiatives. On another note, The DREAM Act Lite will soon be presented by Senator Marco Rubio of Florida. Silva illustrates how this alternative would create a subclass of citizens, rather than giving undocumented students a pathway to citizenship.
