Today, Dr. Angeles Arrien, cultural anthropologist and award winning author who speaks internationally, shared her insight into Gratitude, explaining how every culture has ways to say “Thank You”. Dr. Arrien spoke about the gratitude practices, perennial wisdom (multi-cutlural wisdom), and the four universal portals to gratitude. She also discussed overcoming the obstacles to gratitude, and shared insight into “grateful seeing”. Her book “Living in Gratitude” is a must read if you are interested in cultivating gratitude into your daily life!

Today on the show, Regem Corpuz interviews Matthew Delgado, a CSUN student affiliated with SQE and also a participant in the hunger strike taking place on the campus. Matthew gives a little overview on what SQE is, and the importance of the strike. Delgado believes that mismanagement of funding by the CSU Board of Trustees has occurred, while students are suffering from the budget cuts.
