In this segment DeShawn Cavanaugh focuses on Tempest Freerunning Academy, which is a local athletic club for all ages. GianCarlo Gomez, who is a member of the parkour program talks about how he started training at Tempest Academy.

Samjay Daniels , who is a one of the club’s coaches talks about the different ages that he coaches, and how long he has been training parkour. He also mentions that the biggest challenge is fear. Dane August, who is a new to parkour training talks about the dangers of the sport. Lisa Castro, who is the parent of a Freerunning Academy member talks about the benefits of having her child in the program. Inessa Konvucksa explains how she was inspired to start training parkour from watching YouTube videos.

On this episode DeShawn interviews Dylan George, who is an up-and-coming actor, and a student at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. Dylan talks about migrating to Los Angeles to pursue acting. He mentions how it felt the first time he started acting as a child, and how it was the reason he decided to get obtain a Bachelors in Theatre Performance. Dylan shares his experience auditioning for acting roles, and studying his craft at The Gloria Gifford Conservatory for the Performing Arts. He also talks about receiving his first Screen Actors Guild contract, and the process it takes for new actors to join the union.
