Ramin discusses how he learned to play symphony violin at the age of four. Then he attended Tehran Conservatory of Music when he was ten. He also played violin in the Tehran Symphony Orchestra, three world music festivals, and several venues around the world. Including the Nokia Theatre (Now the Microsoft Theater), the Wilshire Ebell Theatre, the Kodak Theatre (Now the Dolby Theatre) and LACMA.

She attended CSUN, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, and certificate in Career Counseling. She is fluent in both speaking and writing Farsi and English. She was born and raised in Los Angeles. In today’s episode, Nahal answers questions from Pierce students.

On todays episode Hengame attends Mehregan (The Iranian harvest festival) on October 4 2015. Thousands of Iranians attended the event art Pierce College to celebrate the Fall harvest. Throughout the day Hengame interviewed Zarrin Azadi who is a physiologist and the founder of Shining Soul Institute a local nonprofit that assists cancer patients. She also interviewed Mitra Hoshiar a sociology professor who explains the history of Mehregan.
