In this project Ashton Cox interviews Mike Mendoza, who is the co-owner of CrossFit RepScheme in Northridge. Before or after the interview Ashton captures ambient sounds of the inside of the gym. Mike talks about how much he enjoys coaching and cross fit training. He also mentions how much his gym has grown in the San Fernando Valley community.
