What exactly is “busking”? KPCRadio.com reporter Michele Kaneko interviews Katie Ferrara about her busking experiences to find out. Ferrara has been a full time busker in Los Angeles County for years and has also performed in Europe and New Zealand. Also interviewed is drummer, David Eugene, to share his thoughts on performing as the percussionist and support for other musicians; and music producer, Andrew Bush, on whether a busker is a “real” musician.

Professional fighter Nick Arce talks about how he started training as a youth, and how it lead to a career in boxing. Robert Arce shares how he supports his brother Nick’s career. Gabriel Avila is a boxing fan that says he still enjoys boxing, although the popularity of has declined due to the rise of Mixed Martial Arts.
